US Secretary of State John Kerry wrapped up a visit to Egypt with an appeal for unity and reform to the country’s president and military chief. Ahead of talks with President Mohammed Morsi and his defence minister and intelligence chief, Kerry met briefly with representatives of Egyptian non-governmental organisations.
